Pyracraft sculpts both people from your photos in polymer clay, also called soft clay. Facial features, hairstyles, clothing and pose guide the design. Send a photo together or separate images and tell us how you would like to be positioned.

Choose 2 × 6, 2 × 9, 2 × 12, 2 × 15, 2 × 18 or 2 × 20 cm. The option covers two people, not the total width of the base. Tell us about height differences and whether you would like a seated or standing pose.

Photos and review in 3 steps

Send photos and instructions: Send 3–5 photos per person where possible: front and side views of the face, plus full-body views showing clothing and pose. If you use separate photos, describe how you would like to be positioned together.
Sculpting and photo review: After shaping the clay, we email you photos before final curing. Let us know which details you would like adjusted. Before the final oven cure, we will do our best to make the requested changes until you are satisfied.
Curing and shipping: After the review, the figurine is oven-cured, packed and shipped. Shipping details are sent by email.

Production: about 7 business days, plus shipping

Production takes about 7 business days once we have your photos and all customisation details. Requested changes can extend production; the additional time depends on the scope and number of revision rounds. Shipping time is separate. Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times appear at checkout. Under our shipping policy, standard shipping is free on orders of €50 or more.

Which photos do you need for a hand-sculpted couple figurine?

Please send 3–5 photos per person where possible: front and side views of the face, plus full-body photos showing clothing and pose. A photo together helps with relative sizes and positioning. Separate photos also work; please describe your preferred arrangement.

Can I request changes after seeing the photos of my figurine?

Yes. Once the clay has been shaped, we email photos for your review. Tell us which details you would like changed. Before final oven curing, we will do our best to adjust the figurine until you are satisfied. The scope and number of revision rounds may extend production time.

How closely will the couple figurine resemble us?

We use both people’s facial features, hairstyles, clothing and poses as references. The figures are sculpted and coloured by hand. Differences may occur, and we cannot guarantee an exact photographic replica.

Can the couple figurine be made as a wedding or anniversary gift?

Yes. Send photos of the clothing and pose you would like, such as wedding outfits or a photo together. Tell us your preferred date before ordering. We need to assess the design and timing based on your details.

Can we order a couple figurine using separate photos?

Yes. Send photos of both people and describe your arrangement, pose and clothing. Tell us about height differences if they are not clear from the images. We will review the design with you using photos of the model before final curing.

What material is my custom figurine made from?

The figurine is shaped by hand from polymer clay, also called soft clay, then cured in an oven. It is intended for indoor display as a decoration, not as a toy.

How should I care for my polymer clay figurine and its colours?

Remove dust with a soft, dry cloth. Display the figurine indoors and avoid prolonged direct sunlight, moisture, high temperatures and harsh cleaning products. Protect it from knocks and falls. We cannot promise that colours will remain unchanged indefinitely.

What should I do if my figurine arrives damaged?

Please contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the figurine, packaging and shipping label. Keep the packaging while we review the damage and discuss a resolution with you. This request does not limit your statutory rights.

Can my custom figurine be shipped internationally?

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown there. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Will my uploaded photos be used for advertising?

We use your photos to process and make your order. We will not publish them or use them for advertising without your prior consent. Our privacy policy provides further information about how personal data is handled.

What return and cancellation terms apply to my custom figurine?

Your figurine is made to your photos and instructions. Please read our cancellation and returns policy before ordering for the terms that apply to personalised items. Contact us about defects or shipping damage; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
