The design is based on your photos, the agreed reference views, and your selected style. Modeling and hand painting can produce differences from the photo. We do not promise a photographic replica or a percentage likeness. Use the 4-view review to confirm the details you want included.

Does the 7-business-day production estimate include shipping to the United States?

No. The estimate covers production after reference-view approval. Shipping time and charges are additional. Available shipping methods and costs for your destination appear during ordering. Contact us before ordering if you need the item for a specific date.

Where can I find the return policy or report shipping damage?
