How do I upload my photo and what quality is required?

Simply use our online configurator on the product page. For an optimal and pin-sharp print result, we recommend a high-resolution photo (at least 1000x1000 pixels) with good contrast and central lighting.

What is the delivery time to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland?

Since each product is custom-made for you, processing and production time is approx. 2-3 business days. Subsequent premium shipping to the entire DACH region usually takes another 5-8 business days. You will receive a tracking number immediately after dispatch.

Is there a return policy for this personalized mirror?

Since this product is manufactured exclusively according to your personal wishes (with your photo), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for personalized goods in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.
