Do I need a new case for each backplate?

No. One base case can be combined with several matching backplates.

What does "2 or 3 backplates" mean?

You will receive one base case and accordingly 2 or 3 personalized magnetic backplates with your desired motifs.

Can I use different photos for the backplates?

Yes. If you select multiple backplates, you can use a different motif for each backplate.

Is the case suitable as a gift?

Yes, it is very well suited as a gift, especially for personal photos, couple's pictures, pet motifs, family photos, or remembrance pictures.

How do I upload my photo and will it fit the case correctly?

You can easily upload and position your photo using our online configurator. Please make sure that important image elements (such as faces) are not directly in the area of the camera cutout of your chosen iPhone model. We recommend an image resolution of at least 1200x1200 pixels.

Does the transparent silicone yellow over time?

No. For our custom-made phone cases, we use an innovative anti-yellowing formula in the TPU material. This significantly delays discoloration caused by UV radiation and sweat compared to conventional cheap cases.

How long does shipping take within the DACH region?

Each case is individually printed and quality-checked in our factory after the order is received (duration: approx. 1–2 working days). Subsequent premium shipping to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland takes approx. 5–8 working days, including full tracking.

Can I exchange the personalized phone case?

Since this case is absolutely unique and is made exclusively with your photo, there is no statutory right of withdrawal (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). However, should your case have a printing error or be delivered damaged, our German customer service will of course immediately send you a free replacement.
