1. Which photos are best for engraving?
For the best result, we recommend a sharp, well-lit portrait photo. A high-contrast background helps to highlight the details perfectly.

2. Is the necklace suitable for allergy sufferers?
Yes, absolutely. Our 925 sterling silver variant is nickel-free and very well tolerated by most people. However, if you have a known silver allergy, we recommend our titanium steel models. This is medically safe, highly hypoallergenic and particularly gentle on extremely sensitive skin.

3. How long does it take to produce my jewelry?
Since this is a unique piece custom-made for you, the personalization process usually takes 7 to 12 working days from receipt of order. We place great importance on precision and quality so that your keepsake is perfect – we thank you for your understanding of this artisanal processing time.

4. How long does shipping take and what is the delivery time?
Please note that the shipping time only begins after production is complete (shipping date). Depending on the chosen shipping method and destination, the following guidelines apply:

• Standard shipping: approx. 8–12 business days.
• Express shipping: approx. 4–8 business days.

The total delivery time is thus composed of the production time plus the shipping duration.

5. Can I use a photo with multiple pets for the engraving?
Yes, this is generally possible. However, please note that due to the limited size of the pendant, details are best highlighted if a maximum of 3 pets are visible in one picture. For optimal clarity of the engraving, we recommend a photo with a focus on the faces.

6. Is it possible to order multiple photo pendants on a single necklace?
By default, each necklace comes with one photo pendant. However, we are happy to create a necklace with multiple pendants for you. For each additional pendant, we charge an extra €10.00. Please contact us before or immediately after your order at info@pyracraft.com so that we can implement your individual wishes together.

7. How do I properly care for my personalized photo necklace?
To keep the embedded photo and silver flawless, we recommend taking off the necklace before showering, swimming, or exercising. If necessary, simply clean the jewelry gently with the included silver polishing cloth.

8. Is there a right of return for personalized silver jewelry?
As this necklace is a unique custom-made item exclusively according to your photo specifications, there is no legal right of withdrawal according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. However, should the piece of jewelry show manufacturing defects or be delivered damaged, our customer service guarantees an immediate, free replacement delivery.
