The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to order.

By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are in Euros (€) and include statutory value-added tax, unless otherwise stated.

In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply.

5. Payment

Payment is processed through our payment service provider, Stripe.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.

7. Personalized Products

Personalized products are excluded from exchange and return, unless there is a quality defect.

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

10. Final Provisions

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
