How your custom figure is made

Send clear photos: Please upload several well-lit photos, including a front view and side view where possible.
Hand-sculpting: Our artist creates your pet’s miniature by hand, usually within 5–7 business days.
Finished-piece photo: We email a photo of the completed figurine before shipping so you can see the final result. Because the piece is already completed at this stage, further detail changes are not possible.

Please handle your figurine as a decorative artwork and keep it away from hard drops.

Can you also make a cat or another pet?

Yes. Dogs, cats and other pets can be made from a photo reference when their key features are clearly visible.

Is one photo enough?

A clear front-facing photo is a helpful starting point. Additional side or detail views make it easier to see shape, coat markings and distinctive features.

Which details should be visible in the photo?

The eyes, muzzle, ears and body shape should be easy to see. Natural light and a sharp image without heavy filters or motion blur are especially helpful.

Is this figure made from Soft Clay or 3D-printed?

This version is hand-modelled from Soft Clay, giving it a sculpted appearance. A 3D-printed pet figurine is available as a separate product.
