Dimensions by model code – cm / in

Production: 7–9 business days after design approval

Production starts after you approve the design preview and takes 7–9 business days. Design preparation, review, and shipping take additional time. Contact us before ordering for a birthday, wedding, or holiday deadline; delivery by a particular date is not promised here.

Compare 2 formats: brick figures and 3D-printed figures

Feature	Custom brick portrait	3D-printed figurine
Shape	A stylized design assembled from bricks	A three-dimensional printed body
Delivery for this series	Unassembled kit with instructions	Check the individual product listing
Photo interpretation	Hair, outfit, and features interpreted in brick form	Depends on printing method and selected style

A brick kit is a different product from a white resin print or a hand-sculpted clay figurine. Choose according to whether you want to build the design yourself or order a figure made with another method.

How do I choose the people included and design for this product?

What photos should I upload for custom brick figures from a photo?

Will I see a design preview before my brick figures are produced?

Yes. You receive a design preview to review and approve before production. Check the hairstyle, outfit, colors, and agreed details. The exact time to receive the first preview still needs confirmation.

How many free revisions are included with my brick figure design?

2 revisions are free. Agree on further revisions and any fees before proceeding. Changes after approval need separate confirmation. Unlimited free edits or a free remake after production are not promised.

Do the custom brick figures arrive assembled or as a building kit?

They arrive as loose parts in an unassembled kit with building instructions. You build the scene yourself. Whether the instructions are provided on paper, as a file, or through a QR code still needs confirmation.

How long does production take after I approve my brick figure design?

Production takes 7–9 business days after design approval. Design preparation, review, and shipping are additional. This estimate is not the total time until delivery.

Does the 7–9-business-day estimate include shipping to the United States?

No. It covers production after design approval. Shipping time and costs are additional and depend on the destination. Check the available shipping options during ordering. Contact us before ordering for a specific deadline.

Do the dimensions refer to one figure or the whole scene?

The existing dimensions for the listed scenes include their base or frame. The order of the three measurements and meaning of “5-inch” still need confirmation. Use the model code and dimension table; do not assume another seller’s figure height applies.

What are the bricks made from, and are they compatible with other brands?

The exact brick material and compatibility still need confirmation. “Brick figures” describes the format. Check the material and fit with us before ordering.

Can I request custom outfits, glasses, or accessories for my brick figures?

Send your requested hairstyle, outfit, glasses, pose, or accessories with the photo. Feasibility and any extra charges for complex details are agreed before proceeding.

Will the face, hairstyle, and outfit look exactly like the photo?

Your photo is interpreted as a stylized brick design. Brick shapes and design constraints limit small details and accessories. We do not promise a photographic replica or a percentage likeness. Use the preview to check the agreed features.

Is the personalized brick set suitable for babies or young children?

The age rating still needs confirmation. Small parts require an appropriate suitability assessment. A birthday or first-birthday design is an occasion theme, not a promise that the set is a toy suitable for babies or toddlers.

What should I do if a brick is missing or arrives damaged?

Email info@pyracraft.com with your order number, model code, and photos of the affected parts or packaging. We will review the issue. A specific free replacement, refund, or reshipment policy still needs confirmation.

How should I care for my assembled brick portrait?

Remove dust gently with a soft, dry brush. Avoid impacts, heat, and prolonged direct sunlight. Do not soak the design or use abrasive or solvent-based cleaners.

Where can I find the return and cancellation terms for a personalized brick set?

See our shop’s return and cancellation policies. Contact us early about changes or cancellations.
