How to order your custom pet portrait

Choose the model size you prefer.
Upload a clear main photo. You can optionally add side views and other reference images.
If you wish, select a base and add a name for it.
We sculpt your figurine and email photos for your review before final oven curing. Tell us which details you would like changed. We will do our best to make the requested adjustments before curing until you are satisfied.
After the review, the figurine is oven-cured, packed and shipped.

Production: about 7 business days, plus shipping

Production takes about 7 business days once we have your main photo and all instructions. Requested changes can extend this time depending on their scope and the number of revision rounds. Shipping time is separate. Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Is 1 photo enough for my custom pet figurine?

One clear main photo is required. Other views are optional. If available, we recommend 3–5 photos in total: front, side and three-quarter views. Show the eyes, muzzle, ears, body shape and coat markings.

Can you make a Soft Clay figurine of a dog, cat or another pet?

Dogs, cats and other pets can be considered from photos. Send a main photo showing the pet and its features. We will assess which body shape, markings and pose can be recreated from the references.

Which sizes and prices are available, and is the base included in the measurement?

There are 8 sizes from 6 to 20 cm, with model prices from €59.99 to €159.99. The measurement is the longest edge of the figure: height or length, depending on the pose. It excludes the base, which can be selected separately. All sizes and model prices appear in the table on this page.

Is my pet figurine made from Soft Clay or 3D printed?

This figurine is shaped by hand from Soft Clay (polymer clay), cured in an oven and hand-painted. It is intended for indoor display, not as a toy. 3D-printed pet figurines are a separate product in our shop.

How long does it take to make my Soft Clay pet figurine from a photo?

Production takes about 7 business days once we have your main photo and all instructions. Requested changes extend this time depending on their scope and the number of revision rounds. Shipping time is separate; shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Can I request changes after seeing the photos of my pet figurine?

Yes. After shaping the clay, we email photos for your review. Tell us which details you would like changed. Before final oven curing, we will do our best to adjust the model until you are satisfied. The scope and number of revision rounds may extend production time.

How closely will the Soft Clay figurine resemble my pet?

We use coat colours, markings, body shape, ears and pose as references. The figurine is sculpted and painted by hand. Differences may occur, and we cannot guarantee an exact photographic replica.

Can I order a figurine from photos of a pet who has passed away?

Send the photos you already have of your pet for assessment. New photographs are not required. We will check which features and pose can be recreated using the available references.

How should I care for my polymer clay figurine and its colours?

Remove dust with a soft, dry cloth. Display the figurine indoors and avoid prolonged direct sunlight, moisture, high temperatures and harsh cleaning products. Protect it from knocks and falls. We cannot promise that colours will remain unchanged indefinitely.

What should I do if my figurine arrives damaged?

Please contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the figurine, packaging and shipping label. Keep the packaging while we review the damage and discuss a resolution with you. This request does not limit your statutory rights.

Can my custom figurine be shipped internationally?

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown there. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Will my uploaded photos be used for advertising?

We use your photos to process and make your order. We will not publish them or use them for advertising without your prior consent. Our privacy policy provides further information about how personal data is handled.

What return and cancellation terms apply to my custom figurine?

Your figurine is made to your photos and instructions. Please read our cancellation and returns policy before ordering for the terms that apply to personalised items. Contact us about defects or shipping damage; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
