Which photos should I send for a custom cartoon figurine?

Please send 3–5 photos where possible: front and side views of the face, plus clothing and pose. Add references for accessories and explain which features you would like emphasised in the cartoon style. We will use your references to assess the design.
Can I request changes after seeing the photos of my figurine?

Yes. Once the clay has been shaped, we email photos for your review. Tell us which details you would like changed. Before final oven curing, we will do our best to adjust the figurine until you are satisfied. The scope and number of revision rounds may extend production time.
Will the cartoon figurine be a photorealistic copy of my photo?

No. The figurine is a hand-sculpted interpretation in a cartoon style. Your hairstyle, clothing, pose and other features guide the design, while facial features and proportions are stylised. It is not intended as an exact photographic copy.
Which sizes can I choose for my cartoon figurine?

You can choose 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 or 20 cm. We will use your photos and instructions to assess whether the accessories and details you want can be made in your chosen size.
Can I specify clothing, hobby equipment or accessories for my cartoon figurine?

Yes. Send reference images and describe the clothing, pose and items you would like. We will assess whether the details can be made in your selected size. You can review photos of the model before final curing.
What material is my custom figurine made from?

The figurine is shaped by hand from polymer clay, also called soft clay, then cured in an oven. It is intended for indoor display as a decoration, not as a toy.
How should I care for my polymer clay figurine and its colours?

Remove dust with a soft, dry cloth. Display the figurine indoors and avoid prolonged direct sunlight, moisture, high temperatures and harsh cleaning products. Protect it from knocks and falls. We cannot promise that colours will remain unchanged indefinitely.
What should I do if my figurine arrives damaged?

Please contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the figurine, packaging and shipping label. Keep the packaging while we review the damage and discuss a resolution with you. This request does not limit your statutory rights.
Can my custom figurine be shipped internationally?

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown there. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination. Production time and shipping time are separate.
Will my uploaded photos be used for advertising?

We use your photos to process and make your order. We will not publish them or use them for advertising without your prior consent. Our privacy policy provides further information about how personal data is handled.
What return and cancellation terms apply to my custom figurine?
