Before 3D modeling, we send you 4 reference views to review. If details need changing, we revise these reference images until you are satisfied with the details. Once approved, we begin modeling and production.

Production takes about 7 business days from approval of the 4 reference views before modeling. The earlier reference-review stage and shipping take additional time. Each round of changes requested after approval adds about 1 business day to production.

How does the custom photo figurine process work?

Choose your size and design, then upload your photos. We prepare 4 reference views and discuss the details with you. After approval, we create the 3D model, print the figure in white resin, and paint it by hand. The completed figure is then shipped.

What photos should I upload for a custom figurine from a photo?

We recommend 3 clear photos: front, side, and full-body views. Show facial features or coat markings, clothing, and the requested pose. Use our contact form to discuss additional details.

What preview will I receive before 3D modeling, and can I request changes?

Before modeling, we send 4 reference views and revise their details until you are satisfied. These images are modeling references, not a completed 3D model. Please reply within 3 business days of receiving them. If we receive no reply within that period, the views are treated as approved and we begin modeling and production.

How long does production take after I approve the 4 reference views?

Production takes about 7 business days from approval of the 4 reference views before modeling. Reference review and shipping take additional time. If you do not reply, production begins after the 3-business-day response period has ended.

Will changes requested after approval extend the production time?

Yes. Each round of changes requested after approval adds about 1 business day to production. Contact us as early as possible about changes. Revisions to the 4 reference views before approval take place during the earlier reference-review stage.

Will my custom figurine look exactly like the reference photo?

The figure is based on your photos, the agreed reference views, and your selected style. Modeling and hand painting can produce differences from the photo. We do not promise a photographic replica or a percentage likeness. Use the 4-view review to confirm the details you want included.

How should I clean and display a hand-painted resin figurine?

Remove dust with a soft, dry brush. Display indoors and protect from impacts, moisture, heat, and prolonged direct sunlight. Avoid abrasive or solvent-based cleaners.

Does the 7-business-day production estimate include shipping to the United States?

No. The estimate covers production after reference-view approval. Shipping time and charges are additional. Available shipping methods and costs for your destination appear during ordering. Contact us before ordering if you need the figurine for a specific date.
