Frequently Asked Questions
How many photos should I upload for a person-and-pet figurine? +
For a cohesive result, we recommend 3–5 well-lit photos from different angles. Both the person and the pet should be clearly visible.
Can I see the finished figurine before shipping? +
Yes. You will receive photos of the completed figurine before shipping so you can see your one-of-a-kind piece before it is packed.
What should the reference photos show? +
The person’s face, pose and clothing, as well as the pet’s face and coat features, should be as clear as possible. Different views help clarify details.
