Is there a minimum order quantity?

Tell us the quantity you have in mind. We will review the product and personalization requirements to confirm whether we can fulfil your request and on what terms. Any minimum quantity or other order conditions will be confirmed with your quote.

Can each gift use a different photo?

Please tell us whether you would like to use one shared image or different photos. We will check the options for your chosen product and quantity, including how to coordinate multiple photos.

How are bulk orders priced?

Pricing depends on the product, specification, quantity, number of different designs and shipping requirements. We will provide the terms for your order after reviewing your enquiry. A standard bulk discount is not guaranteed.

How long do production and delivery take?

Timing depends on the product, personalization, quantity and destination country. Please share your required delivery date as early as possible. We will confirm whether we can meet it before you place an order.

Can I order a sample first?

If you would like a sample, please mention it in your enquiry. We will confirm whether a sample is available for your chosen product, along with any costs and additional time required.

Can you add a logo, custom shape or packaging?

Describe the changes you have in mind and email any reference documents if helpful. We will check what is possible for the specific product. Custom shapes, logo changes and packaging are not standard options guaranteed across our range.

Can retailers enquire about resale opportunities?

Yes. Select “Resale / partnership” in the form and tell us about your business and the products you are interested in. Availability and resale terms are reviewed and agreed individually.
