3D wool felt: material, needle-felting, and form

Wool felt describes the material, needle-felting describes how the fibers are worked, and “3D” describes the sculpted form. Your pet is felted by hand from your photos. This is not a printed pillow or a 3D print. The exact wool content and the materials used for eyes, nose, support, and attachments are not fully confirmed.

What photos do I need for a custom needle-felted pet portrait?

How do I send more pet photos than the upload fields allow?

Email extra photos to info@pyracraft.com with your order number. Identify important markings and the requested pose. Ask us to review suitability first if the photos are old or unclear.

Will I see photos of my finished wool pet before shipping?

Can incorrect details be corrected free of charge before shipping?

Yes. We send photos for confirmation before shipping, and detail issues can be corrected free of charge. A new pose, size, or subject is not automatically included. The scope and any additional time are discussed individually.

What is the difference between needle-felted pets and 3D wool felt?

Is the entire piece, including eyes and nose, made of pure wool?

Wool felt is the stated material. We do not have confirmation that every component is 100% wool. Check the fiber composition and the materials for eyes, nose, support, and attachments before ordering if this matters for your choice.

Can you make a pet memorial keepsake from older photos?

Yes, send the photos you have. Choose images showing the face and markings; for a full-body sculpture, include the body and pose. If some views are missing, ask us to review whether the design can be made before ordering.

Will the felted pet look exactly like my dog or cat?

We work from the markings, face, and agreed features in your photos. The materials and handmade process can create differences; an identical replica is not guaranteed. Review the photos before shipping and tell us about detail issues.

Can I request a special pose or include multiple pets?

Ask us before ordering with photos and a description. Feasibility, pet count, and any extra charges are not confirmed for every option. A listed size does not mean that every pose or number of pets is included.

Is this a cuddly plush pet or a toy for children?

This item is intended as decor or an accessory. Toy suitability or suitability for small children is not confirmed here. Protect it from water, pressure, and strong pulling.

What should I do if my wool pet arrives damaged?

Email your order number and photos of the item and packaging to info@pyracraft.com. We will review the issue. See the store policies for applicable complaint and return terms.

Where can I find shipping, return, and cancellation terms?
