After wearing, wipe your piece with a soft cloth. Avoid water, perfume, cleaning products and harsh chemicals. Store it protected when not in use. Use a polish only if it is suitable for the chosen material.

No. Avoid contact with water and wipe the piece with a soft cloth after wearing.

Can I use an older photo for a memorial piece?

Yes, as long as the subject is sufficiently visible. We contact you if the photo cannot be used.

Will my photo look exactly like it does on my screen?

Screens and finished products can show colors and details differently. The result also depends on the selected style.

What if my personalized jewelry arrives damaged?

Email your order number and photos of the item and packaging to info@pyracraft.com. We will review the issue.

Ich hätte im Nachhinein ein helleres Bild einsenden sollen. Durch die detaillierte Umsetzung an den Pfoten, traue ich mich nicht diesen als Anhänger zu benutzen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt und Team von pyracraft! Habe den Anhänger zwei mal bestellt und finde die Verarbeitung sehr gut. Der Prozess von Bestellung bis Lieferung hat insgesamt einen Monat gedauert. Die Kommunikation war auch super - auf meine Mail wurde innerhalb einer Woche geantwortet und auch fast die richtige Lieferzeit angegeben. :)

Der einzige kleine Verbesserungsvorschlag, den ich habe: liebes Team, passt doch die Zeitangaben bitte überall einheitlich auf der Website an. Ich hatte die Hoffnung, dass es vielleicht innerhalb von zwei Wochen klappt, weil das irgendwo stand. Aber wenn man direkt weiß, dass es mind. 4 Wochen sind, geht man mit einer anderen Erwartungshaltung in den Bestellprozess.

Und für alle zukünftigen Bestellenden: plant sicherheitshalber mehr Zeit ein. :) dafür gibt es am Ende ein wirklich schönes Erinnerungsstück!
