Your pet’s head is recreated from a photo as a resin 3D relief and hand-painted with acrylics. The portrait is shown in a frame, with 3 formats from 10 × 10 to 20 × 20 cm. Production takes about 7 business days after 4-view approval.

Frame format and portrait size are separate: 10 × 10 cm with an approximately 4.5 cm motif, 15 × 15 cm with a 7 cm motif, or 20 × 20 cm with a 10 cm motif. The pet head does not fill the entire frame.

Does the 10 × 10 cm size refer to the pet head or the frame?

It refers to the listed frame format. The approximate motif sizes are 4.5 cm in the 10 × 10 cm frame, 7 cm in the 15 × 15 cm frame, and 10 cm in the 20 × 20 cm frame. Whether frame measurements are inner or outer dimensions is awaiting confirmation.

Is this pet portrait a flat photo print or a 3D relief?

It is a 3D printed and hand-painted relief. The pet head physically projects from the image surface rather than appearing only as a flat printed photograph.

Can I remove the pet head from the frame and use it as a magnet?

A removable or magnetic attachment has not been confirmed for this product. Do not assume the head can be used as a separate refrigerator magnet.

Yes. Each round of changes requested after approval adds about 1 business day to production. Contact us as early as possible about changes. Revisions to the 4 reference views before approval take place during the earlier reference-review stage.

Will my custom item look exactly like the reference photo?

The design is based on your photos, the agreed reference views, and your selected style. Modeling and hand painting can produce differences from the photo. We do not promise a photographic replica or a percentage likeness. Use the 4-view review to confirm the details you want included.

Does the 7-business-day production estimate include shipping to the United States?

No. The estimate covers production after reference-view approval. Shipping time and charges are additional. Available shipping methods and costs for your destination appear during ordering. Contact us before ordering if you need the item for a specific date.

Where can I find the return policy or report shipping damage?

How should I care for the hand-painted design?
