After wearing, wipe your piece with a soft cloth. Avoid water, perfume, cleaning products and harsh chemicals. Store it protected when not in use. Use a polish only if it is suitable for the chosen material.

Will I receive a preview before production?

We normally begin production directly. If there is a problem with your photo, we contact you and send a preview for approval when needed.

Yes, as long as the subject is sufficiently visible. We contact you if the photo cannot be used.

What if my personalized jewelry arrives damaged?
