This is a three-dimensional wool pet figurine made from your photos. Tell us the requested pose and distinctive markings before work begins. We discuss whether the pose can be made from the reference images.

3–5 reference photos: face, markings, and body
Send 3–5 clear, well-lit images: a front view, side profile, and close-up of markings. For a full-body sculpture, include the body, back, and requested pose. Avoid heavy filters, shadows, and hidden features. If the upload field is insufficient, email additional photos to info@pyracraft.com with your order number.

Before shipping: detail corrections at no charge
We send photos of the finished piece before shipping for your confirmation. If details are incorrect, we can correct them free of charge. Point out the area in the photos. A different pose, size, or subject is not automatically included; those changes need separate discussion.
3D wool felt: material, needle-felting, and form
Wool felt describes the material, needle-felting describes how the fibers are worked, and “3D” describes the sculpted form. Your pet is felted by hand from your photos. This is not a printed pillow or a 3D print. The exact wool content and the materials used for eyes, nose, support, and attachments are not fully confirmed.

1 care rule: keep dry and do not wash
Keep the wool felt dry and away from direct sunlight, water, pressure, and strong rubbing. Do not wash it. Keep keychains and brooches away from perfume and prolonged friction. Contact us before attempting to repair loose fibers or damage.
