4 reference views before 3D modeling starts

Before 3D modeling, we send you 4 reference views to review. If details need changing, we revise these reference images until you are satisfied with the details. Once approved, we begin modeling and production.

Production: about 7 business days after approval

Production takes about 7 business days from approval of the 4 reference views before modeling. The earlier reference-review stage and shipping take additional time. Each round of changes requested after approval adds about 1 business day to production.

20–30% surcharge for complex details

Complex clothing, glasses, musical instruments, handheld items, hairstyles, or poses incur a 20–30% surcharge depending on complexity. Contact us before ordering to agree on the requested details and surcharge.

A base is optional and costs an additional €3.99. Size refers to the figure’s longest dimension, excluding the base. If shopping in another currency, check the displayed add-on price.

Can I order custom chibi figurines for a couple or family?

Yes. There are 13 configurations for single people, couples, and families of 3 or 4. Couple options include 2 equally sized figures; family options combine different sizes. The selector lists the size of each figure.

What sizes are the chibi figures, and is the base included in the measurement?

Single figures come in 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, and 18 cm sizes (2.36–7.09 in). The measurement is the longest dimension of the figure, excluding the base. Couple and family options list dimensions for each figure.

Is a custom chibi figure a bobblehead with a moving head?

Chibi describes the proportions and style. A moving-head mechanism has not been confirmed and is not promised here. Check with us before ordering if you need that function.

What photos should I upload for this custom design?

For each person, we recommend 3 clear views: front, side, and full body with the requested clothing. Make sure everyone is visible in couple or family references.

What is the personalized 3D design made of?

The design is 3D printed in white resin and hand-painted with acrylics. You receive a physical product, not an STL file or digital download.

What preview will I receive before 3D modeling, and can I request changes?

Before modeling, we send 4 reference views and revise their details until you are satisfied. These images are modeling references, not a completed 3D model. Please reply within 3 business days of receiving them. If we receive no reply within that period, the views are treated as approved and we begin modeling and production.

How long does production take after I approve the 4 reference views?

Production takes about 7 business days from approval of the 4 reference views before modeling. Reference review and shipping take additional time. If you do not reply, production begins after the 3-business-day response period has ended.

Will changes requested after approval extend the production time?

Yes. Each round of changes requested after approval adds about 1 business day to production. Contact us as early as possible about changes. Revisions to the 4 reference views before approval take place during the earlier reference-review stage.

Will my custom item look exactly like the reference photo?

The design is based on your photos, the agreed reference views, and your selected style. Modeling and hand painting can produce differences from the photo. We do not promise a photographic replica or a percentage likeness. Use the 4-view review to confirm the details you want included.

Does the 7-business-day production estimate include shipping to the United States?

No. The estimate covers production after reference-view approval. Shipping time and charges are additional. Available shipping methods and costs for your destination appear during ordering. Contact us before ordering if you need the item for a specific date.

Where can I find the return policy or report shipping damage?

See our return and cancellation policies for the applicable terms. If your item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

How should I care for the hand-painted design?

Remove dust with a soft, dry brush. Protect from impacts, moisture, heat, prolonged direct sun, and heavy rubbing. Avoid abrasive or solvent-based cleaners.

Do custom outfits, glasses, instruments, or complex poses cost extra?
