Pyracraft sculpts you and your pet by hand from polymer clay, also called soft clay. Your facial features, hairstyle, clothing and pose, together with your pet’s body shape and coat markings, guide the scene. You can send photos together or separate references.

4 size combinations for a person and pet

Choose 9 cm pet + 12 cm person, 12 + 15 cm, 15 + 18 cm or 18 + 20 cm. The pet’s size comes first in each pair. These are not two figures of the same size. Tell us whether the person should be standing, seated or kneeling.

Photos and review in 3 steps

Send photos and instructions: Send 3–5 photos of each subject where possible: the person’s face and pose, plus the pet’s head, body shape and coat markings. A photo together helps with interaction. Otherwise, describe the pose, spacing and any contact.
Sculpting and photo review: After shaping the clay, we email you photos before final curing. Let us know which details you would like adjusted. Before the final oven cure, we will do our best to make the requested changes until you are satisfied.
Curing and shipping: After the review, the figurine is oven-cured, packed and shipped. Shipping details are sent by email.

Production: about 7 business days, plus shipping

Production takes about 7 business days once we have your photos and all customisation details. Requested changes can extend production; the additional time depends on the scope and number of revision rounds. Shipping time is separate. Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times appear at checkout. Under our shipping policy, standard shipping is free on orders of €50 or more.

Which photos do I need for a figurine of me and my pet?

Please send 3–5 photos of each subject where possible. Show the person’s face, hairstyle, clothing and pose, and the pet’s head, body shape and coat markings. A photo together helps us understand the interaction. Separate photos can also be used.

Can I request changes after seeing the photos of my figurine?

Yes. Once the clay has been shaped, we email photos for your review. Tell us which details you would like changed. Before final oven curing, we will do our best to adjust the figurine until you are satisfied. The scope and number of revision rounds may extend production time.

How closely will the person and pet resemble my photos?

We use the person’s facial features, hairstyle, clothing and pose, plus the pet’s coat markings, body shape and posture as references. The scene is sculpted and coloured by hand. Differences may occur, and we cannot guarantee an exact photographic replica.

Can I order a figurine with a pet who has passed away?

You can send the photos you already have of yourself and your pet for assessment. A photo together is not required. Describe the scene you would like, and we will check which features and interaction can be recreated from the images.

How do I choose the sizes for the person and pet?

There are 4 combinations: 9 cm pet + 12 cm person, 12 + 15 cm, 15 + 18 cm or 18 + 20 cm. The pet’s size is listed first. Please also tell us whether the person should be standing, seated or kneeling.

What material is my custom figurine made from?

The figurine is shaped by hand from polymer clay, also called soft clay, then cured in an oven. It is intended for indoor display as a decoration, not as a toy.

How should I care for my polymer clay figurine and its colours?

Remove dust with a soft, dry cloth. Display the figurine indoors and avoid prolonged direct sunlight, moisture, high temperatures and harsh cleaning products. Protect it from knocks and falls. We cannot promise that colours will remain unchanged indefinitely.

What should I do if my figurine arrives damaged?

Please contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the figurine, packaging and shipping label. Keep the packaging while we review the damage and discuss a resolution with you. This request does not limit your statutory rights.

Can my custom figurine be shipped internationally?

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown there. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Will my uploaded photos be used for advertising?

We use your photos to process and make your order. We will not publish them or use them for advertising without your prior consent. Our privacy policy provides further information about how personal data is handled.

What return and cancellation terms apply to my custom figurine?

Your figurine is made to your photos and instructions. Please read our cancellation and returns policy before ordering for the terms that apply to personalised items. Contact us about defects or shipping damage; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
